Mic Problem

Hey guys

Since yesterday,I have been dealing with a mic problem.
I can hear people,but they can't hear me.
I have tried two different mics(a new one I purchased today and that i will give back tomorrow).
Anyway,I am not sure what is wrong and I need help.
