Recruitment Methods
LcT|Thin Mint:
Hey everyone,
As Human Resources leader i think it's important that we try to find a guide line for how, and who, we recruit into this community. I would love to hear some ideas about the type of people we would be looking for besides the general rules such as age and maturity level. So far, i believe it's important that we get people who will be dedicated, people who are positive and fun to be around, those who can take a joke/ insult, and finally i think it's important to have people with ambitions who will benefit the community. I was hoping you all had an input so we can make sure we have a talented, strong, and fun community that everyone can enjoy!

Lol, nice Briggs.
And I would also put on there, people who have a mic for TS3.

Hmmm good topic, somethings tactics i used when i played back in the day ??? and recruited
1) Respected players of all side, you respect the elite players the same you do for the newbies.
A) Respected players cannot be biased
2) No show boating, i mean if your good then your good. no need to make everyone know that by doing things like in chat and acting like your the best
i will add more while i think at work
LcT|Thin Mint:
The Mic will definitely be a must, so we can get ppl on TS3... Show boating is definitely not cool... i find it kind of annoying... lol its one thing to sling a "you just got pwned :P" every once in a while but the "i'm the best and i'm going to make sure the whole world knows" is NOT something that this community needs, in my opinion... I also think that it's best if we do NOT tell people that we are interested in recruiting them until AFTER we have spent some time playin some games with them. otherwise they will put on a "show" and we won't get a good idea as to the kind of people that they truly are. So basically holding "recruiting sessions" may not be the greatest idea... but i'd love to hear all of your opinions on that matter. i'll compile all of the best ideas into a list and repost them in the HR section after we all get a general consensus of what we want, but until then, keep the ideas coming!
