Need Help with a banner for my clan

Hi Guys i am new here.  I do have a web page which i built myself.   I do not have any experience in web design..... i am a nurse.   I do not know how to build a banner.  any suggestions would be greatly appreciated or guidance.   www.umbrellacorpclan.com    Thanks  Venom

All I need from you in the pixel dimensions, your main color scheme, and a font you would like from this website here dafont.com
